Project Leader: Mahad Ibrahim

Mahad is a PhD student in the School of Information. His interests are broadly related to information and communicaton technology policy and design, in particular within the context of information privacy, public health informatics , and the role of information technology in economic development. Most recently, he has been researching how Egyptians use public access computing facilities and how that use fits within the national ICT4D strategy. He has also been continuing research into the best practices for the production of affordable essential medical devices and technologies.
