The purpose of the organization is to foster a community, enhance collaboration, accelerate the transfer of ideas from lab to market, and take on industry challenges that demand multi-disciplinary approaches. Berkeley is home to massive knowledge, research, and resources in the energy and environmental sectors. BERC seeks to harness and apply these resources.
